Special Program on Abuse of Superior
Bargaining Position
With the view
to preparing the ground for Special Program panel discussion
in Kyoto annual conference, the Task
Force for Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position has
been established in August 2007 under the authorization
of the ICN Steering Group.
In line with the Task Force’s Mandate,
the Task Force has prepared and circulated a questionnaire
on this matter in October 2007 and collected responses
from the ICN member agencies. Based on those responses,
the Task Force compiles a descriptive report on the current
status on regulations on abuse of superior bargaining position.
